By accessing or using Agradium's architecture project management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to all users, including architects, project managers, contractors, and consultants.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Account administrators are responsible for managing team member access and permissions within their organization.

Users must comply with all applicable professional standards and industry regulations in their use of the platform.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Use Agradium solely for legitimate architecture project management and construction administration purposes.

Do not upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.

Respect the confidentiality and proprietary nature of project information shared by clients and team members.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, projects, or system infrastructure.

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional codes of conduct in your jurisdiction.

Report any suspected misuse, security vulnerabilities, or inappropriate content to our support team.

Commercial use is permitted within the scope of your architecture practice and subscribed plan limits.

You retain full ownership of all project data, documents, and content you create or upload to Agradium.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide our Services.

Agradium owns all rights to the platform software, features, and proprietary technology.

You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform.

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.

Third-party integrations and content are subject to their respective terms and licenses.

Upon account termination, you retain rights to export your data within 90 days.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to your selected plan.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice to current subscribers.

Failed payments may result in service interruption. We will attempt to contact you before suspending access.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Usage-based charges (if applicable) are calculated monthly and billed with your next subscription payment.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible, with minimal service disruption.

We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by third-party services or force majeure events.

Service limits (storage, users, projects) are defined in your subscription plan and may be enforced.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Beta features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Support response times vary by subscription plan and are not guaranteed for critical business decisions.

Agradium provides project management tools but does not replace professional architectural judgment or responsibility.

We are not liable for decisions made based on information processed through our platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You acknowledge that architectural projects involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated by software tools.

Professional liability insurance and compliance with building codes remain your responsibility.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but you may export your data for 90 days.

We may immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

Outstanding payments remain due after termination of service.

We will delete your data according to our data retention policy unless legally required to preserve it.

Certain provisions of these terms (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Professional relationships and obligations continue to be governed by applicable industry standards.
